The thermal conductivity distribution of multicrystal SiCAIST
TM3 visualize the measured distribution of thermal conductivity. GaN is also measurable. The resolution is in micro meters. User can improve the characteristics of their samples by measuring and understanding the distribution of thermal conductivity.
